How much the disc repair costs depends on how many discs you send to us for repairing.
The more discs you send to us the cheaper it gets.
We will not charge you return postage on your disc's, no matter how many discs you send. All return postage is FREE.
We use Royal Mail "1st Class Recorded" to return all items. This automatically insures your discs for a maximum of £36. If you require further insurance this will be charged on a weight and value basis.
If you send us a disc that we consider is beyond repair (cracks, splits or obvious damage to the data layer), we will return the disc and refund the repair cost if you have paid in advance.
We aim to repair your disc's and have them back in the post to you within 24hrs of receipt. This will ensure you are not kept from your prized disc's any longer than necessary.
